The Apple App Store and the Google Play Store are two different stores. It is in their best interest to make it impossible/not allow anyone to transfer an app from one store to another.
It’s like how you can’t buy a phone from Samsung and then claim on the warranty with Apple. It’s often possible to transfer progress in games across platforms but you have to buy the app a second time, sadly.
You can transfer almost anything from iOS but not paid apps.
Apple products are simple to use because they remove choice. Our phones are for people who value their privacy and prioritize that over needing to learn something new. We have also put together a great knowledge base so that the onboarding process can be very simple.
Our phones are fully unlocked. You can use your existing sim card with these phones, or purchase a new sim card. The privacy phones have a nano-sized SIM tray that will need to be ejected using the metal tool that came with the phone. You can find the metal tool in the box.
In some rare cases, a cellular network may not wish to support a phone purchased outside of the country (the USA only). In such cases, we can recommend some other networks for you to use.
All Pixel phones can use nano SIM cards.
You can switch the 5G off and use them on 4G mode only if you wish.
It means that the device is capable of sending/receiving 5G frequencies but this does not mean the device is exclusively 5G, like any device, it should be able to send/receive frequencies from 4G and 3G as well.
The GrapheneOS Auditor app uses hardware security features on supported devices to validate the integrity of the operating system from another Android device. It will verify that the device is running the stock operating system with the bootloader locked and that no tampering with the operating system has occurred.
People are free to choose on their own the method by which they connect the phone. Some people use the privacy phones on WiFi only, others purchase a pre-paid sim card, and some use their existing sim.
Anyone providing you with a cell service would have access to your call logs and data usage. We do not want any access to peoples day to day activities. As such we do not offer a cell service.
Installing a custom ROM does unfortunately void the warranty on the phone. It would be similar to replacing the engine of a car provided by the manufacturer with a custom one. Though you can still try to use the 12 months warranty and see whether the shop accepts it.
We do use brand new phones to ensure the devices are not faulty and to make sure our clients receive quality products.
We only deal with brand new phones. Furthermore, these devices have been meticulously set up, following strict protocols. Once they are shipped out and received, we can no longer guarantee that they have not been tampered with. As such we would not be able to re-sell a phone that has been sent out. Due to these reasons, we can not accept returns due to a change of mind or a mismatch in selecting the right device.

GrapheneOS has absolutely no google applications or services pre-installed. Due to this, not all applications will work with this phone without Google Play, though most of the security and privacy based applications such as Signal, Telegram, Protonmail, and many more do work.
In some cases where a client requires a phone that can function with a larger number of applications, we can activate the sandbox version of Google Play to enable all apps.
